5.3 Important Bonus Terms

• A user may claim any one bonus offer only once (unless the offer is recurring).
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

• VIP cashback applies at a set rate on the net losses for the week and varies by tier.

6.1 Finality of Bets

6.2 Misconduct and Fraud

Using automated bots or software to place bets, operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, and any form of matched betting or arbitrage activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

6.3 Odds and Results

All odds may change in real time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. Event results are confirmed from official or internationally recognised sources.
